This is the same issue as io.EOF error persists over 5 restarts when requirements.txt is light and spaces maintenance is up. Our infra team is working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We’ve: factory rebuilt, strict Dockerfile (no COPY .), .dockerignore, deleted routes/ & ZIPs, hardware flip.
Please purge/reset the stuck manifest for this Space/hardware tag.
